Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting of CNC machines robotics editing & modification of system
Familiar with all CNC versions Fanuc Siemens Mitsubishi and CNC system
Ladder logic
Fanuc M10M20 & M30 robo controllers
Program reading
Induction hardening equipment
QMS tools IATF & Safety standards
TPM Knowledge and Expertise with
Job Description
Planning and handling various maintenance activities to minimize the downtime of machines
Attending to major breakdowns and detailed analysis to understand reasons for breakdown
Analysing root cause of repetitive problems and planning for corrective action to ensure increased machine uptime
Monitoring of spares inventory level planning for procurement requesting quotations and handling negotiations for spares as per requirement
Driving machine health improvement projects in coordination with supervisors to improve machine efficiency
Preparation for internal and external audits and ensure proper closing of audit points
Monitoring status of abnormality points and planning to take corrective action for the points
Preparation of shift schedules and attending routine meetings to discuss activities among subordinates
Training subordinates in TPM autonomous maintenance and various maintenance procedures as required
