Job Purpose

To combine sales marketing and account management in a truly innovative and proactive way to enable to business growth and great client management. They act as a Finder before passing to our consultants who are the Closers. They reach out to potential leads or promptly follow up with those who have inquired about our company and offerings. The role of an SDR actively listens and provides creative appropriate solutions to prospects. They seek to understand the prospects business model so that they can analyse if our service is a good fit and educate leads on how our solution can help solve and improve their business.

Key Skills

  • Track who visits our website and interacts with email comms
  • Develop content and engagement campaigns specifically targeted to targeted businesses or individuals who have interacted with us
  • Regularly design targeted marketing campaigns to reach desired businesses/individuals
  • Create personal and business relationships with key stakeholders the actual people who make decisions so we dont let humans get lost in the data as we grow
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies to draw in potential buyers or to attract new potential customers
  • Reaching out to potential customers who have never engaged with us i.e. cold prospecting
  • Nurture leads who have shown interest in our solution and have already engaged with us through marketing channels
  • Keeping the CRM uptodate with profile and business insights contact reports and actions
  • Monitor LinkedIn check and respond to emails and make regular followup calls to potential prospects
  • Proactively research and identify new strategic ways of working to optimise sales and reach more prospects
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and viability to drive sales
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet essential criteria before progressing
  • Nurture leads who have shown interest in our solution and have already engaged with us through marketing channels

  • Fluent in both English & Italian
  • 1 years experience in SaaS Tech or B2B Sales.
  • 2 years experience in Marketing campaigns.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  • Stage 1: Culture Add Interview with Chelsea (Talent Partner)

This initial interview will focus on assessing how well the candidate would fit within our company culture. Chelsea will explore values work style and how they might contribute positively to our team environment. This will be a 30minute teams call.

  • Stage 2: Interview with SDR Manager & a Consultant

In this stage the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager & a Consultant to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position. This will be a 30minute teams call.

  • Stage 3: Interview with SDR Manager and Chief Growth Officer

In this stage the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager and Chief Growth Officer. During this interview the candidate will be required to go into further detail regarding their experience how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position in more depth. This will be a 1hour facetoface interview in our office.
