Human Resources Business Partner Apprentice
As an HRBP Apprentice you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to support strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals. This handson experience will provide you with insights into how HR functions as a trusted partner to business leaders with a focus on talent management organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Strategic HR Initiatives: Assist HRBPs in implementing key projects such as change management and talent development programs.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement activities including conducting surveys analyzing feedback and presenting actionable insights.
Talent Management: Collaborate on performance management processes career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
Policy and Program Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies procedures and communication materials.
Project Management: Manage specific HR projects or workstreams ensuring deliverables are met on time and align with strategic priorities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with COEs to support crossfunctional initiatives
Qualifications:
- Post graduate or enrolled in advanced degree program in Human Resources Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Interest in organizational design talent strategy and HR best practices.
- Preferred Skills: Previous experience in an HR role or internship. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Inquisitive mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other data analysis tools.
