Job Title: Accounts Executive
Age: Below 33Years
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Executive withstrong communication skills in English as the role involves clientinteractions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reportingtaxation Accounts Receivable and general accounting with a strongunderstanding of Indian accounting standards and compliance. UAE experiencewill be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & FinancialManagement
- Maintain general ledger accounts payable and receivables.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Assist in financial statement preparation profit & loss accounts and balance sheets.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST TDS PF ESI PT and income tax filings as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
- Liaise with auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
Client Communication &Coordination
- Interact with clients vendors and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations.
- Assist in responding to client queries related to billing taxation and financial statements.
Payroll & BankTransactions
- Process employee payroll reimbursements and statutory deductions.
- Handle bank reconciliations vendor payments and cash flow management.
Budgeting & FinancialAnalysis
- Assist in budget forecasting expense tracking and cost analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisionmaking.
