Job Description
English & Language Arts Instructor
School year; 186 contract days 100 FTE
Location: Mandan Middle School
Salary: Starting $53800 for Bachelors degree; starting $55322 for Masters degree (Salary based onNegotiated Rates;Negotiated Rates are yet to be Determined). Full benefit package included.
Position Summary:
- Mandan Public Schools is currently seeking an 6th grade English & Language Arts Instructor for the school year.
Essential Functions:

Employees are required to be in attendance and prepared to begin work at their assigned work location on the specified days and hours. Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Instruction of ELA curriculum
- Active member of 6th grade team
- Technologyintegration through the Canvas platform
- Active participation in Professional Learning Community
Reports to:
- Middle School Principal
Qualifications:
- Must hold appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board.
