Job Summary
The primary function of the Applications Developer/Analyst is to plan design develop and support custom web applications using standard development tools. This role is critical in supporting various key business applications.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to design develop test deploy and evolve business and systems strategies.
- Support existing applications on an asneeded basis.
- Develop new applications to support business processes.
- Review and assist in the review of open business and development issues to determine the appropriate application platform.
- Provide technical direction for corporate applications and systems as required.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of critical systems.
- Develop and maintain applications used across the enterprise.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of application development experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET Framework JavaScript HTML5 and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience developing custom integrations with ERP systems (e.g. IFS ERP).
- Encouraged to have experience with TSQL/SSIS/SSRS.
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Strong problem analysis determination documentation and resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools architectures and other development tools.
