Job Description
An awardwinning and wellregarded law firm in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Wills Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 4 years PQE to handle a broad range of private client matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of private client matters including wills trusts probate and estate planning
Advising a wide range of clients including highnetworth individuals with a clientfocused approach
Supporting the team s growth through networking marketing and business development activities
Participating in team events social initiatives and charity activities
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales with 4 years PQE
Solid experience across the full spectrum of private client work
STEP qualification or working towards STEP (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clientfocused empathetic and commercially aware
Strong organisational and time management skills
