Requirements
1. Having 34 years of experience in Optiva PLM.
2. Experience with Infor ION for Integration suites.
2. Proficient in & C# Programming.
3. Having exposure to Crystal Reports
4. Proficient in working with Microsoft SQL
The resource is expected to handle below tasks as part of L4 BAU
a. Incident resolutions including code fix report fixes Data changes Customization and Configurational fixes.
b. Enhancement of PLM Optiva based on the requirements provided by the BPOs and BAs.
c. Analyze and testing in the environments for Patch/Hotfix resolutions presented by Infor.
d. Code fix resolutions in .Net MVC applications
