Your Role
As a JD Edwards Business Analyst you ll play a critical role in bridging business operations and IT strategy. Your mission Analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and implement powerful JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions that drive real results across the organization.
This is not a behindthescenes tech role. You ll be working shouldertoshoulder with teams across Finance Accounting Procurement Sales and Inventory Management ensuring JD Edwards is leveraged to its full potential.
Youll manage requirements lead projects from discovery to deployment and be a goto expert on how to turn business needs into seamless technical .
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes identify inefficiencies and design futurestate solutions using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and IT translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Project Leadership: Manage small to midsized projects from requirements gathering to golive including testing documentation and training.
- JD Edwards Expertise: Configure and optimize JDE modules primarily financials and distribution to improve system usability and efficiency.
- System Testing & Deployment: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) validate system changes and ensure successful rollouts.
- Security Alignment: Guide enduser role design to ensure compliance with internal audit and data security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of JDE trends proactively recommend upgrades automations and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field
- 5 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience (financials & distribution modules)
- 5 years in Business Analysis IT Business Systems ERP or Supply Chain Systems
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience leading projects and driving user adoption
Nice to Have
- Handson project management experience (Agile or waterfall)
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Background in operational analytics or process automation
