As a vital member of our team you will:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying disabilities in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as hygiene meal preparation and medication management.
- Supportclients in developing independent living skills
- Implementtailored support plans to meet individual needs
- Engageclients in recreational and social activities
- Provideemotional support and companionship
- Collaboratewith healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and activities

About Our Perfect Candidate

Essential Criteria
- Valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities in living independent and fulfilling lives.
