This position sits within the UK Administration department which encompasses our Copyright Royalties and Analytics business units.
This key role will work closely with our local Finance and Global Administration teams as well as external sources to oversee the reconciliation and processing of incoming royalty statements and tracking of financial positions. This position will contribute to the development and optimisation of business processes and tools identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
In addition to coordinating income processing this role will be responsible for various reconciliations that form part of our key internal controls. The person will also be required to provide both regular and adhoc reporting to management and assist with larger administration projects as and when required by the business.
The ideal candidate will possess a nimble and process driven mindset thriving in a teambased deadlineoriented environment.
This team operates a hybrid working pattern of 4 days a week in the office MonThurs with Friday working from home.
