POSITION SUMMARY
Fennemore is seeking a fulltime CONTROLLER to support our growing Accounting and Finance Department in Phoenix AZ. Reporting directly to the chief financial officer the CONTROLLER will spearhead our financial accounting tax and payroll operations ensuring the integrity of our accounting and reporting processes driving financial strategy ensuring compliance with standards and regulations and providing vital financial insights to steer the firms direction and growth. The CONTROLLER will directly oversee a team of eight 8 individuals in the accounting department payroll department and external banking payroll and tax service relationships. This position will report onsite in our Phoenix AZ office for the first six months of employment then a hybrid schedule will be considered.
