About the Role:
The CEE BI Senior Digital & Tech Partner will lead the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions including creating reports charts and other visualization tools. This role involves managing team operations optimizing data storage architecture and ensuring efficient data transformation and integration.Combining handson technical expertise with managerial responsibilities the role focuses on solution design adoption & value realization business partnering and data and AI applications.The team is based in Warsaw Poland and requires crossfunctional collaboration to drive success. Your Day to Day:
Partner with stakeholders to drive data & analytics agenda and manage digital initiatives end to end.
Collaborate with market commercial QSC and R&D departments to align market requirements with Digital & Tech strategies.
Work with the Digital & Tech Global Team to harmonize systems and ensure timely deployment of projects.
Manage portfolio using Agile and Project/Product Management methodologies assessing project impacts and ensuring successful delivery.
Analyze and document process workflows demonstrating agile principles to upskill Business Unit functions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular measurement and improvement actions.
Handle escalations and ensure appropriate Digital & Tech responses to crisis situations.
Define thirdparty service level agreements and improve service management efficiency using ServiceNow.
Plan and execute Business Unitspecific Tech Service Assurance Measurements.
Work on quality risk and compliance by implementing info security governance processes and managing risk according to global standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Understands business priorities and processes (especially with different priorities across BUfunctions) to capture demand/requirements and drive adoption.
Helps global teams and vendors to identify and resolve market level system issues.
Delivers value via product adoption ensuring successful delivery for global to local projects. Ability to scout screen and identify early stage need articulation on BUlevel to support BU & global tech teams.
Works with multifunctional globally distributed teams for project delivery and product adoption.
Holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Digital & Technology Computer Sciences Business Administration or similar. Has 5 years of work experience in the area of Digital & Tech and Digital & Tech Management (ideally within CPG or FMCG industry).
Specific Technical Requirements:
6 years of experience with Power BI and Tableau including strong exposure to Azure and a minimum of 2 years in a Technical Leading role.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform and cloud computing services.
Extensive experience in designing building and deploying BI solutions.
Proficient in data modeling techniques and semantic model optimization.
Knowledge of query optimization indexing and performance tuning.
Experience with orchestration and scheduling tools (Airflow or ADF).
Proficient in data integration tools and techniques (ETL and ELT).
Familiarity with tools like Git Jira Confluence Azure DevOps.
Experience in multinational environments and distributed teams.
Working experience in agile methodologies and supporting tools (JIRA Azure DevOps).
Strong technical expertise and development background.
Ability to design and implement BI solutions create reports charts and other visualization tools.
Monitor and analyze market trends and new technologies related to Power BI and Tableau.
