Responsible for: GroupOwned Retail Store Management Team

Your Role:

As Retail and Franchise Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the daytoday operations across our Wrights Retail Shops and new franchise locations. Your mission is to ensure retail operational excellence compliance with H&S & brand standards and strong financial performance across all our stores/franchise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support nationwide retail and franchise teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive commercial success by executing food outlet retail strategies and monitoring performance.
• Foster strong relationships with food outlet franchise managers and retail teams to align with our brand values.
• Oversee new food outlet store openings ensuring seamless operational setup and instill best practices across all locations.
• Implement training programs set up systems/processes conduct regular auditing and offer your retail operational guidance
• Conduct site/location visits to ensure compliance with brand quality and safety standards.
• Manage and support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor sales trends and collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise stock levels.
• Ensure excellence in customer service at all times and resolve any escalated customer issues.
• Champion a culture of excellence continuous improvement and innovation.

Who Were Looking For:

• A proven track record in retail operations management preferably Food outlets.
• Multilocation nationwide experience. Somebody who wants to travel around their stores and meet their teams and customers.
• Youll have a naturally warm leadership style and excellent people management skills with the ability to recruit coach develop and inspire multi location retail teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn company strategy into action.
• Naturally confident with exceptional face to face communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• An eye for detail creative visual merchandising who takes pride in their shops/locations looking excellent
• Handson approach with a drive to deliver results across retail environments.
• Competence in compliance health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Techsavvy with experience in retail systems EPOS and reporting.
