Our client is looking for a dynamic wellgroomed sales driven go getter to join their team as an external sales executive.
The applicants must be able to acquire business as well as have a strong persuasive outgoing personalities and should understand that it is necessary to handle cold calls as well as followup leads efficiently.
The position requires the applicant to think quickly handle stress and enjoy working in a field where you are selling Aesthetic and Technical products to professionals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
An enviable track record in the field of sales with a minimum of 35 years experience as external sales executive
A glowing record of superb customer service
Ability to consistently meet monthly sales goals
Good solo and team player
Excellent people and communication skills
SAP and Microsoft Office
Matric certificate and own transport with valid drivers licence
NICETOHAVES
An existing presence in the building industry would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Youll use our showroom as your basecamp but youll work independently of the showroom to broker and close deals with professionals working on large commercial projects that require highend tiles taps sanitaryware accessories etc.
With your understanding of our brand as a luxury brand in a highend showroom environment you will appreciate the importance of ensuring an excellent customer experience by maintaining brand integrity and going the extra mile.
You will also be required to cold call both professionals in the industry to solicit business and create your own database of professionals.
A good proportion of your time will be spent meeting with professionals both at their offices and onsite. Naturally the monthly sales targets that are set will need to be met if not exceeded. From time to time youll need to roll up your sleeves and assist in the showroom.
