We are seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to support and lead project and program activities tied to combat systems and vehicle platforms. This role focuses on ensuring contractual deliverables are met by driving crossfunctional collaboration project planning and communication across the organization and with external customers.

This role serves as a bridge between Program Management Engineering and Operations and requires someone with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and understand technical platforms well enough to provide direction and clarity across functions.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Lead project and program activities related to the of contract requirements ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate with internal teams across Engineering Program Management Operations Quality Logistics Contracts and Purchasing.
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external customers providing regular updates on project status risks and deliverables
• Support and lead customer discussions meetings internal briefings technical reviews
• Track and manage acquisition storage and maintenance of Government property
• Understand combat system and vehicle platform technologies to guide teams and escalate issues with technical context
• Lead crossfunctional efforts aligning priorities and driving progress across teams
• Maintain project documentation manage scope and change requests and coordinate responses to customer requests
• Participate in project proposal writing efforts.
• Occasional travel 12 times per year) as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 4 years of related work experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP Certification
• Knowledge of Oshkosh platforms and systems is strongly preferred
• Strong technical understanding of combat vehicle systems and platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing operations
• Experience in supporting Government contracts
