What Were Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of child development EYFS framework and best practices in early years education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring patient and enthusiastic approach to working with children
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide highquality care and support for children ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Build strong positive relationships with children families and colleagues
- Maintain a clean safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development
- Observe and record childrens progress contributing to assessments and reports
- Work collaboratively with the team assisting Room Leaders and colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
- Promote diversity equality and inclusion within the nursery setting
