Job Description
Our Health andFitness Assistants help support customers within NL Active facilities to achieve their fitness goals by providing instruction advice and guidance. They work in NL Active gyms supporting customers by conducting inductions creating personalised programs setting challenges and offering continuous encouragement and support. They also ensure the smooth daytoday operations of our gyms maintaining equipment and keeping the facilities clean and tidy. Additionally they lead group sessions such as our junior gym program and hybrid workout.
The hours will include early mornings evenings and weekends. Applicants must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills a teamoriented mindset a passion for fitness and a desire to make a positive impact on peoples lives. Training and development opportunities will be available.
