Area Sales Manager (FieldBased) Wood Division
Location: Fieldbased covering South East England
Reporting to: Wood Divisional Manager
Salary: 33825 base OTE 49000 per annum
Contract: Permanent FullTime 40 hours/week)

What Youll Be Doing:
As an Area Sales Manager you will:
- Inspire and Lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
- Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management customer retention and acquisition.
- Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales gross profit and KPI goals.
- Develop Talent: Train coach and mentor your team with at least 70 of your time spent in the field and 30 working from home.
- Strategize and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals.
- Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
- Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading managing and motivating sales teams to drive success.
- Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results.
- A flexible resultsdriven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays 8 nights per month).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent IT skills.
