The Role

Main Purpose of Job

• To fabricate/assemble a varity of light to medium steel structures in accordance with engineering drawings.
• All work to be of high quality standard

What will you do

• Fabricate/Assemble a variety of light to medium rotating and static equipment to drawings work instructions and best practise
• Tack weld as required
• Operate metal working equipment (rolls/brake press etc. as required to complete task
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in compliance with company policy toensure safe working environment.

What do you bring

Essential skills knowledge and behaviours

• Time served with minimum 3 years experience in a fabrication/sheet metal environment.
• Good communication skills
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Desirable skills knowledge and behaviours

• Forklift licence
• First aid training
• Overhead crane experience
