The opportunity
As a Senior BPM Solution Architect you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of BPM solutions for our clients. Your deep knowledge and handson experience with lowcode platforms will enable you to create scalable robust and efficient solutions that align with our clients business objectives. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. This is a seniorlevel position that requires strong leadership abilities technical expertise and a customercentric mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes requirements and objectives and design BPM solutions that meet their needs using lowcode platforms like Appian Camunda Power Platform or other relevant tools.
- Lead endtoend solution architecture including process design data modeling integration and user experience ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM lowcode platforms and related technologies and assess their potential impact on our solution offerings.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during solution implementation.
- Conduct workshops presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of lowcode platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development solution architecture and implementation of BPM solutions.
- Expertise in lowcode platforms such as Appian Camunda Power Platform or other relevant tools. Certification in these platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of BPM methodologies workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprisescale BPM solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
- Solid knowledge of integration technologies APIs and protocols.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Technical knowledge/skills:
- BPM platforms (Appian/Camunda/Power Platform)
- Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning)
- Web APIs (SOAP/REST)
- Tooling (GIT/JIRA/Azure DevOPS)
- CI/CD (Azure/Jenkins/YAML)
