You are a detailoriented professional with a passion for enhancing processes and systems. Your technical expertise and specialist advice are invaluable in driving continuous improvement initiatives. You excel in providing structured project and program coordination ensuring that enhancements are effectively implemented to optimise efficiency and service quality.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in process improvement system configuration and workflow optimisation.
Collaborate with internal teams to align improvement initiatives with business needs and technical feasibility.
Examine performance data and workflow metrics to assess the impact of process changes.
How will you support our Why
In this critical role you will support Aussie Broadbands Customer Service team by coordinating prioritising and advising on continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Manager Efficiency and Performance to enhance processes systems and service delivery.
Support the identification evaluation and implementation of process improvements automation opportunities and system enhancements.
Assist in managing the lifecycle of special projects ensuring milestones are met and project deliverables align with business goals.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights and propose practical solutions for process enhancements.
Prepare detailed business cases project scopes and system change requirements for submission to the development team.
Develop training materials and process documentation to support the smooth adoption of system changes and procedural updates.
Evaluate system and process changes postimplementation identifying areas for further refinement and optimisation.
