Job Description

The Senior Special Projects Officer Customer Service at Aussie Broadband plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service team. This position involves coordinating prioritising and advising on process and system enhancements to optimise efficiency and service quality. The role requires providing technical expertise specialist advice and structured project coordination. Key responsibilities include supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements collaborating with internal teams managing special projects facilitating workshops and developing training materials. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customer service processes are efficient effective and aligned with Aussie Broadbands business objectives.
