This position is located in Bucharest Romania.
As a Coffee IQ Software Engineer (m/f/d) in our Bucharest office youll join the Engineering Retail Platforms team which designs processes and innovations for over 20000 professional coffee machines in B2B operations. Youll play a key role in developing and operating the CoffeeIQ (CIQ) platforman intelligent portal for managing and optimizing B2B coffee machines.

In detail:
- EndtoEnd Development: Build and maintain the frontend backend and MS SQL database including cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Code Excellence: Write clean highquality code and ensure application performance through TDD pair programming and code reviews.
- Innovation: Dedicate creative time to projects that interest you during each iteration.
- Collaboration: Work alongside experienced developers from other teams to share knowledge and grow together.
- Best Practices: Apply and continuously improve coding standards testing methodologies security principles and performance measures.
Your profile: You keep reinventing us.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science business informatics or equivalent.
- 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one other modern programming language (e.g. Java).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with large databases.
- Familiarity with Git DevOps Terraform container technologies and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with software development concepts for large applications and architectural patterns (e.g. microservices monoliths).
- A team player who thrives in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with and development.
- Knowledge of using AWS or other hyperscalers for containerized applications.
- A qualification in software architecture (e.g. iSAQB) and expertise in software design patterns.
