Role: PartTime Project Manager 12 month FTC)

Location: Milan Italy (Officepresenceexpected at minimum 1 day per week)

About the role:

We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager with 5 years brand experience to support a top FMCG client based in Milan. This is a great opportunity for a levelheaded strategic thinker who has gravitas with a client. The teams role is to service our clients various content production and requests range from video production and postproduction to content for the web (static and dynamic) Ecommerce content and Print and POS materials.

This is a great opportunity to work within a new team creating impactful communications across the world and developing design best practices for various brands. A strong understanding of digital content motion design social and production is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.

The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both project management and production of digital and print content. A good knowledge or history of work in digital ecosystem (Web CRM Social) is desirable. Youll ideally be from an agency background with around 3 years experience. The role is fast paced and responsive working across multiple different projects within the group.

You will form part of a team that delivers the following:

• Creative & design
• Content and video production & post
• eComm content
• Print content
• Point of Sales content
• Copywriting (Editorial and Social captions

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with Designers copywriter and social media manager to align on content that needs to be produced would it be stills videos or animations.
• Making sure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Making sure that all contents are coherent and consistent to the client brand guidelines on all platforms and thus with the creative team.
• Making sure that all content being produced are following clients tone of voice and guidelines.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills a solutionbased attitude and the ability to work with people with diverse skills

• Knowledge of digital and print production
• Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times

• Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables as well as ones own development
• Experience with strategic brainstorming creative brief development and creative .
• Experience meeting clients
• We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic
• Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Native in Italian and fluent in English (spoken and written you will work with an international team)
• Please note this is a parttime position Monday to Friday from 09:00 13:00 CET

REQUIREMENTS:

• An outstanding background in digital content and production
• Strong management and planning skills
• Problem solving
• Passionate for Gen AI Tools
• Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website CRM Production)

Not essential but definitely an advantage:

• Experience in creative agency environment
• Experience communication & marketing
• Multimarket experience.
