Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
Performing work requiring extensive knowledge of motor controls troubleshooting electrical schematics and blueprints including electronic theory and principles.
Working knowledge of three phase motors programmable logic controls motor controls circuits computer interfaces frequency drives and National Electrical Code. Must be able to read and create electrical ladder schematics and trouble industrial controls.
Proficient at replacing and installing electrical components such as heaters relays switches motors circuit breakers power wiring conduit and sensors.
Proficient at working with voltages including 480 VAC 277 VAC 120 VAC volt controls and 24 VDC controls.
