Job Summary:
As a Table Games Manager you will oversee the daytoday operations of the Table Games Department in accordance with applicable laws and Company policy. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing guest relations personnel and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a funfilled entertaining atmosphere
Enthusiastically promote Ballys customercentric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building longlasting guest relations
Manage all aspects of table games pit and game offerings including new game rollout maintenance and overall appearance
Manage the departments budget including capital expenditures
Mentor team members to provide superior guest service
Establish implement and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Company initiatives and organizational goals
Develop and maintain a welcoming safe professional and friendly work environment
Select train and develop table games team members through education training coaching and corrective action
Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of all main games including blackjack roulette s and poker.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
Must have five years of casino table games management required
Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
Strong organizational planning and supervisory skills are required
Must have open work availability to work nights weekends and holidays

Target Salary Range: $71000 $106000 per year

Physical Demands:
Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
Frequently required to push kneel climb stoop bend and twist as well as reach overhead
Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
Requires visual acuity to perform closeup activities and peripheral oversight
Work Environment:
You may be exposed to bright lights loud noise and stressful situations in this position.
