ASSISTED LIVING NURSE (RN)
Location: Lincolnwood Assisted Living Edgewood Iowa
Salary Range: $35.00 $37.50/hour
SignOn Bonus: Up to $5000
Job Type: FullTime / PartTime

What You Will Do:
As an RN in our Assisted Living community youll provide leadership and compassionate clinical support for our tenants. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting 30Day 90Day and Annual Assessments Nurse Reviews Change in Condition PreAdmission and Delegations
Following documentation protocols and maintaining accurate records
Communicating with physicians hospitals and family members
Administering medications and overseeing clinical care plans
Ensuring compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations
Supporting staff and fostering a teamfocused environment
Charting and documenting in accordance with facility policy
Leading with empathy and professionalism
What Were Looking For:
Current RN license in the state of Iowa (required)
Experience in longterm care or assisted living preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable compassionate and detailoriented
A desire to be part of a positive tightknit team
What Youll Receive:
