Scope:
FacilitatesafeandefficientflowofmaterialsfinishedgoodsWIP andsthroughoutthedepartmentsupporting operations.
JobSummary:
Transport materials needed to packaging operation. Delivery of finished product to designated departments and when materials to include corrugate. Cycle counts on all material (corrugate cartons labels leaflets ribbon) systematically adjustingto ensure lenses tothe dockremovalof cardboard from all areas and compactedas needed.
Responsibilities
EssentialFunctions&Accountabilities:
- Transportfinishedgoodsfrompackaging(afterQAreleased)torequireddepartmentandwhen/asneededscan systematically into location.
- Systematically and physical cycle counts of all materials to include corrugate cartons labels leaflets and ribbonworkingwithsupervisortohavesystematicadjustmentsmadewhenneededforinventoryaccuracy.
- Recyclecorrugatedas needed.
- Removesgaylordsasneededto thedockreplacethem withemptyones.
- Worksscheduledhoursandisready toworkatdesignatedstarttimes.
- Asbusinessneedsdictatesworksextendedhourstocompletedailydepartmentgoalsortaskstoinclude mandatory Saturdays.
- Immediatelyinformscoordinator/supervisorofanysafetysanitationandequipmentmalfunctions.
- Seeksassistancefromcoordinator/supervisorinidentifyingandreportingproblemsconcernsrelatingtojob function.
- Adaptsreadilytochangesinworkloadprioritiesstaffingand scheduling.
