Delaware Eye Institute is searching for an enthusiastic patient focused Full Time Call Center Representative for our Rehoboth Beach DE. office. This position will be cross trained a Patient Services Representative as well. About Us: Delaware Eye Institute located in Rehoboth Beach Delaware is a multispecialty group of ophthalmologists and optometrists. We have a 29000 square foot state of the art office complex which includes an expansive clinical wing a full service optical shop the Retina Center and our Outpatient Surgery Center with two operating rooms. This one of a kind facility staffed with experienced eye care professionals is designed to enable us to provide the latest techniques and technologies available in eye care. As participants in many national research studies our fellowship trained physicians can provide patients with complex and serious eye conditions the most advanced vision saving medical and surgical treatments available.

The Role: The Call Center Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive topnotch service and assistance. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
