The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join the team in Renton Washington.
This position will oversee and drive Boeings strategic and longrange business planning financial forecasting and integrated financial analysis and modeling processes.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates monthly financial forecast and Opportunity and Risk tracking across Boeing business units/segments and Enterprise related financials (including integration of Corporate Other/Unallocated segment)
Handles project management associated with annual Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
Oversees development of highquality deliverables utilized by Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Serves as key partner with Investor Relations and Accounting including oversight of financial statement analysis financial forecastrelated messaging and other ad hoc analysis in support of Boeings quarterly earnings release and quarterly/annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports (including managing developing and motivating employees)
Serves as critical partner with the Vice President & Director of FP&A to oversee Boeing FP&As functional people processes and tools
This position is expected to be 100 selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree in Finance Business or related field
5 years of experience in Finance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience conducting data trend and/or forecasting analysis
Experience with team leadership/people management
