We are looking to add a team leader with P&L responsibility who will integrate well and drive the business and the team forward.
Scope of Work
As the Shop Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility. You will lead a team of advisors technicians and support staff with a focus on driving sales enhancing productivity maintaining highquality standards and nurturing talent within the team. Your ability to lead by example roll up your sleeves and write service is an important part of this role. Understanding the P&L and driving the KPIs to improve the shops performance will be your primary responsibility.
