Job Description

A Franklin program not only provides a diverse talent pool for companies in need of cybersecurity specialists but also creates an opportunity for individuals within a company to upskill and reskill. Franklin Cybersecurity Apprenticeship graduates possess a solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and take on incident response processes and database/remediation scans in a live environment.
As a Cybersecurity Apprentice you will gain technical skills in
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Secure or harden devices following provided guidance or regulations
- Conduct network intrusion and wireless instruction detection
- Perform Security Activity Monitoring
- Maintain and troubleshoot applications
After an initial assessment and verification of your eligibility qualified candidates will be selected to interview with one of our partner companies. Once selected for employment you will be enrolled in our yearlong apprenticeship program and be provided access to technical training with supported learning activities related to CompTIA SEC and Professional Development sessions.The program includes selfdirected virtual training and group coaching sessions with a Franklin Success Coach.

H.S. diploma or equivalent
