27000 per annum40 hours per week working 6.30am to 3.00pm with 30min unpaid break Monday to Friday

You will be reporting into the Chef Manager.

As our ideal Chef you will:
- Be an absolute foodie with a chef background
- Have exceptional standards in all aspects of food service; attention to detail is vital
- Have a proven track record in a high volume quality catering establishment
- Be an innovative person with a positive out going disposition and a cando approach
- Preferably have experience in Independent Schools or high end B&I.
- Ideally have experience in pastry and baking
- Have experience and knowledge of managing allergens
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
