Job Description
Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dedicated coach for our grades 5/6 Volleyball Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching young athletes a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals and the ability to inspire and motivate players. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the development of young athletes and foster a love for the sport.
Duties and responsibilities for this position:
Plan and conduct engaging practices that focus on skill development teamwork and sportsmanship.
Lead the team during games and tournaments ensuring fair play and a positive safe experience for all players.
Provide guidance and mentorship to athletes fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
Communicate effectively with players parents and school staff regarding practice schedules game details and player progress.

- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Volleyball
