Summary of Role:
Responsible for leading Customer Business Managers (CBM) as part of the extended foundry sales team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading Customer Business Managers (CBM) as part of the extended foundry sales team. This team is responsible for sales and client support from preorder to order fulfillment through invoice in achievement of customer satisfaction. Manage CBM to develop and maintain client relationships for daytoday business operations related to forecast order and revenue fulfillment. Provide escalation path for customers to address fulfillment issues by enabling CBM to solve complex problems with longterm solutions. Liaise with territory Sales management to ensure CBM provide proactive sales support for the tactical horizon. Proactively report to the Director Customer Business Management weekly forecast revenue and order fulfillment status. Provide business analytics reports for assigned territory to the Director Customer Business Management and to leadership forums as needed. Drive organizational improvement efforts as outlined by the Director Customer Business Management. Collaborate with other Manager CBM and the Director CBM on specialty projects as well as quarterly Key Performance Indicator Management By Objective and Sales Incentive Plan measurement and scoring.
Supervises 710 subordinates job titles: Principal Specialists Customer Business Management and Lead Customer Business Management
