Key Position Details:
Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.
Primary care team has 9 Family Medicine Physicians 5 Advanced Practice Providers 7 Internal Medicine Physicians and 2 IM Peds Physicians
36 patient contact hours per week
In call group of FM with OB Physicians
Outpatient practice providing care to all ages including growing families
Clinic hours are Monday and Thursday: 7:15am7:00pm Tuesday Wednesday Friday: 7:15am6:00pm and closed SaturdaySunday

Job Description:
Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.The Faribault clinic is searching for a Family Medicine with OB Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 27 member team including the service line specialties of Chiropractic Intervention Spine Mental Health Urogynecologist Podiatry and Rheumatology. Our building also hosts Allina Urgent Care Courage Kenny and Minneapolis Heart Institute yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.
Principle Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care patient outcomes or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance
Job Requirements
- MD DO or foreign equivalency training required
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
- Active nonrestricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable
- BLS Tier 1 Basic Life Support Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range
Pay Range: $266500 to $313500 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a fulltime FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
