Short Description: Looking for EUC SME
Location : Melbourne Australia
Salary range: AUD(Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide SME and infrastructure consultancy and managed services support to our clients.
Provide input to the design of End User based solutions as a recognized subject matter expert.
Deliver end user services and support devices used by end users for the client
Remote desktop support using Microsoft / Relevant tools for providing desktop support
SOE image build modify and rollout as required
Security patching for Desktops/Laptops using Microsoft tools ensure the vulnerabilities are remediated timely
Application packaging using SCCM or equivalent tools and rollout of packages
Proactive management of ticketing queues to ensure SLA achievement for Incidents Requests and Problems
Skill / Competencies / Experience:

Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of End User Computing with a 3 to 5 Yrs of experience in EUC Managed Services.
- Hands on experience Microsoft End user products and services
- Exposure toMS Azure Active Directory MS Office (O365 suite Exchange On Prem/Online MS Teams Share Point OneDrive DLP SCCM / Intune.
- End user devices and peripherals support Laptops Desktop Printers RF Scanners and POS devices.
- End point protection and patching
- IT service management handling various priorities of incidents service requests and changes.
- Experience in application packaging.
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Understanding of common infrastructure technologies. (Including but not limited to Windows Server and VmWare).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated selfdriven with a positive attitude.

- Excellent customer facing skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
