Job Description
- Starting at $16 per hour (Negotiable depending on experience)
- Performance Rating System for our Grill Cooks can add as much as $2.75 to your hourly rate based on when and how you work!
- Flexible scheduling.
- Full time and part time shifts are available.
- Free Shift Meal and Discounts on HuHot food items when youre not working.
- First Uniform is Free!
- No late nightsout by 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends
- Crosstraining opportunities and leadership programs to support every level of your career
- Other benefits such as medical dental vision and/or 401k are available based on time with the company and you average weekly hours.
- Ensuring all food is cooked in a high quality and safe manner
- Follow all food safety standard guidelines in place at all times to ensure compliance with operational standards our company policies federal/state/local laws and ordinances
- Help maintain a professional restaurant image and maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times to our guests
- Quick and Efficient production
- Ability to work under pressure and in high temperature environments
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
