Job Description
Join our R&D team in Houston to design and optimize processes for biopharmaceuticals and drug delivery systems leveraging the citys robust chemical engineering ecosystem.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and scale chemical processes for therapeutics production.
Collaborate with scientists to innovate drug synthesis and sustainability.
Analyze data to refine workflows ensuring FDA/GMP compliance.
Support technical documentation and patents.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors in Chemical Engineering (Masters/Ph.D. preferred).
2 years in biotech/pharma process design.
Skilled in process simulation tools (e.g. Aspen) and data analysis.
Bioprocessing or regulatory experience a plus.
Salary: $90000$130000 benefits (health 401k paid time off and more!.
