Job Description

This role is remote; preferred candidate locations include WI MN and Iowa

Role Overview:

  • Act as an advocate for customer base providing flawless communication between customer base and Regal Rexnord

  • Primary liaison between the customer and our engineering & commercial teams

  • Manage all related Regal Rexnord Large Gear business related to new sales service and repairs within an assigned region

  • Establish strategic plans targets and account plans in partnership with theSales Directorsand AccountManagers to direct and support the efforts of achieving the overall regional Services Quota

  • On site visits to various plants in the aggregate pulp & paper steel mining forestry power generation and food & grain industries

  • Work with sales team to define growth opportunities in aftermarket motion control solutions markets for assigned region measure progress to the plans

  • In collaboration with the Area Account Manager proactively make contact and develop relationships with customers define customer needs and requirements and communicate solutions/options

  • Analyze edit and process incoming requests for quotations and orders as needed

  • Help prepare formal quotations as needed

  • Coordinate activities with Strategic Account team

  • Work closely with Manufactures Representatives within the region

  • Provide updates & Ongoing training to the Area Account Managers and Key Users

  • Will have some direct target account ownership/responsibility

  • Assigned Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs) by theSales with various internal departments necessary to meet customer required dates

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or other similar technical degree is preferred

  • Knowledge of mechanical power transmission products required

  • Previous engineering or other technical work experience in the services/repair industry is required

  • Experience selling aftermarket products and services and/or repair is required

  • 10 years Commercial / technical sales experience Preferred

  • Proficiency with basic PC CRM and Microsoft Office functions

  • Willingness to travel 6070

Pay Transparency:

  • Pay Transparency $100000 to $125000 base salary variable compensation

    Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer including but not limited to the role responsibilities market considerations candidate experience education qualifications and business considerations.
