Carroll Water the premier Well Drilling Water Softening and Water Filtration company in Maryland Pennsylvania and Virginia has openings for a Well Pump Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide skilled labor intensive assistance for our Well and Pump drilling crews. This could include but not limited to:
Working in all weather conditions
Operation of various types of vehicles equipment/machinery
Lift 50lbs) on a regular basis
Bend stand and remain active for long periods of time
Responsible for loading hauling supplies to and from the drill site.
Manual material handling
Assisting the driller in the drilling processes
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
Valid Drivers license and willing to travel to Baltimore surrounding areas and obtaining a CDL
Operate various equipment
Open to learning water conditioning
Tool identifications

Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. Rons goal was to provide Carroll County Maryland with clean drinking water. After many years building Carroll Water in 2015 his son Brian purchased the company. Brian worked in the company since he was 12 years old. Since acquiring the company Brians vision has continued to surpass all expectations acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022 to make Carroll Water a leader in the Water Treatment and Well Drilling industry.
