What Youll Do
As Our Staff Development Coordinator Youll Be the Goto Person for All Things Learning and Growth. Youll:
Plan and Lead New Hire Orientations and Ongoing Inservices Across All Departments
Collaborate with Department Heads to Identify and Address Training Needs
Create Lesson Plans Deliver Engaging Training Using Adult Learning Principles
Monitor and Support Employees During Their Probationary Period
Keep Compliance TightTracking Education Hours and Competency Evaluations
Infuse Our Workplace with a Culture of Excellence Compassion and Respect
Schedule & Setting
Fulltime Salaried Position
MondayFriday Daytime Hours
Onsite at Our Welcoming Armada Location
No Weekends
What Youll Need
Rn Preferred; Must Be a Currently Licensed Rn or Lpn in Michigan
Cpr Trainthetrainer Certification Preferred
2 Years of Education/Training Experience Ideally in Longterm Care
Strong Communication Organization and Critical Thinking Skills
Solid Understanding of Ltc Standards Documentation and Compliance
A Collaborative SpiritYoull Work Across All Departments
