Job Summary:
A Digital Banking Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and executes digital banking strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Oversees digital channels such as online banking mobile banking and social media.
3. Enhances customer experience through digital channels ensuring userfriendly interfaces and seamless transactions.
