Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth in the FinTech/Edutech industry. In this role youll identify and cultivate highimpact partnerships with financial institutions corporate clients and key industry players to strengthen our SME ecosystem of products and services.

Youll work crossfunctionally with product marketing and sales teams to align efforts explore new opportunities and strengthen our market position. A strong understanding of the FinTech landscape and a proven ability to build longterm relationships are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services and Bizmoni ecosystemrelated sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit the organization and align with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and track the progress of business development initiatives and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with FinTech / Edu Tech/ Ecom products services and market dynamics.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
