Job Description

Role Purpose: The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading sales and driving business development for our innovative product range and absorbent systems. This position requires a strategic focus on enhancing global sales with a particular emphasis on technical aspects. Additionally the incumbent will serve as the global product manager for the category ensuring comprehensive support for sales initiatives worldwide

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Xtendra Clear and absorbent systems.
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients addressing their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients fostering longterm partnerships.

Key Interactions:

Internal: Collaborate closely with the internal sales team reporting directly to the leadership. Engage with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development.

External: Interact with clients to understand their technical needs build relationships and provide preand postsales support & Engage with industry professionals and partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

Role Type: This will be Individual contributor role.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Engineering Science Technology).

Exp: 5 years 8 years of Proven experience in technical sales and business development preferably in a managerial capacity. Familiarity with absorbent systems or related products is advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Flexibility to navigate and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • An ability to work independently.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • An ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
