Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Mon Fri (Flexible hours) 40 hours a week CST
Responsibilities:
Create and manage bilingual content across Instagram TikTok and YouTube
Develop and execute content strategies in both English and Spanish
Plan develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
Write captions video descriptions and voiceover scripts aligned with brand tone
Manage audience engagement and respond to comments/messages
Edit shortform and longform video content (e.g. Reels Shorts YouTube videos)
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content and platforms
Monitor analytics report performance and optimize strategy for growth
Coordinate content approvals and ensure timely publishing
Identify and research audience trends to enhance engagement
Develop relationships with potential collaborators sponsors and interview guests
Pitch and negotiate brand deals manage media kits and track deliverables
Maintain records of sponsor communications and followups
Scope:
Remote position with required access to social platforms and tools
Subject to NDA and standard security compliance
Direct reporting to the content creator
Responsible for content creation engagement analytics and growth
Opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically to brand direction
Expected to establish and manage relationships with potential sponsors and partners
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation
Portfolio required
Strong knowledge of Instagram TikTok YouTube and content scheduling tools
Video editing experience for both short and longform formats
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable with managing multiple social accounts and tools
Previous experience with influencer brand deals or sponsorships is a plus
