Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with handson experience in running sponsored ad campaigns graphic design videography and digital content creation. You should also be able to engage with clients understand their marketing goals and translate them into actionable campaigns across Google Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok LinkedIn and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Management:Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Client Communication:Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs provide progress updates and integrate feedback into ongoing marketing efforts.
- Content Creation:Create engaging content tailored to different digital platforms including written copy visuals and videos.
- Graphic Design & Videography:Design compelling graphics and promotional material. Capture edit and produce shortform and longform videos for social media and campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies based on data trends and target audience insights.
- Social Media Management:Maintain and grow social media pages post content consistently and adapt content to platformspecific algorithms (Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn).
- Analytics & Reporting:Monitor campaign performance provide insights and generate reports to guide improvements and ROI.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing with a portfolio of successful ad campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva)
Experience in video shooting and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro Final Cut CapCut)
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a creative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communication Multimedia or related field
At least 2 years of handson experience in digital marketing
Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are a plus
