Description
We are currently seekinganOptometristto provide professional optometry services for 824 hours/weekatour SeniorCare clinic in Milford DE.
This is not an employed position. Services would be provided through a Professional Services Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional optometry services including assessment of patients vision and eyes prescribing eyeglasses as appropriate refer patients for ophthalmologist evaluation as appropriate to patients 65 years of age or older.
- Properly document and maintain the electronic medical record of patients in a timely manner
- Supervise the clinical performance of technical staff assisting in provision of care

Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice Optometry in the State of Delaware
- Current professional liability coverage.
