Job Summary
The People Operations Coordinator is a key member of our dynamic global People team a diverse and dedicated group of nine professionals across the globe. We are a hardworking and committed team passionate about creating positive employee experience and fostering a culture of collaboration support and real impact. Despite working across different time zones we stay closely connectedalways ready to tackle challenges celebrate wins and support one another.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience by supporting the entire employee life cycle including recruitment onboarding engagement development performance management compensation & benefits and offboarding. The coordinator will work closely with various teams to streamline processes manage administrative tasks and help implement people strategies that align with our culture and values.
