Job Description
Santikos Collection a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and hotels is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter A to join our team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.
As a Waiter A you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet and seat guests take orders serve food and beverages and provide recommendations on menu selections. You will also maintain a clean and organized dining environment and assist with the overall smooth functioning of the restaurant.
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Previous experience as a waiter or waitress within the hospitality industry is required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately.
- Provide recommendations on menu selections and answer guest inquiries.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables dining areas and workstations.
- Assist with the overall functioning of the restaurant.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
